What we do

We handle interior building maintenance and tenant readiness for commercial and industrial properties across Metro Detroit. Bathroom fixtures, grab bars, soap and paper towel dispensers, mirrors, door hardware, window blinds, wall protection, shelving, furniture assembly, and everything else on the move-in punch list that needs to get done before a tenant takes occupancy or a building passes final inspection. This isn't a side offering — we treat interior work the same as every exterior job: walkthrough, scope, quote, install, and a closeout with photos when it's done. Most items can be completed in a single visit. Year-round availability means no weather delays and no seasonal backlog.
