What we do
We sealcoat commercial parking lots with a two-coat spray application that protects your asphalt from UV, water, oil, and Michigan freeze-thaw damage. We fill cracks with hot-pour rubberized sealant that flexes with temperature changes and lasts 3–8 years — addressing alligator cracking, linear cracks, and joint deterioration before they become potholes. Sealcoating is the most cost-effective form of asphalt preservation — it prevents oxidation, water penetration, and surface breakdown that lead to expensive mill and fill resurfacing. Every job includes surface prep, crack treatment, two coats of sealer, pressure washing coordination, and restriping so your lot is fully finished when we leave.
